Dear All, I do not know if my opinion, below, may help to solve your problem. But still, I want to share my experience. I was testing Ubuntu on Beagleboard. One day It started getting Bad Sectors in the memory while booting Linux. Initially I thought it is beagleboard problem. But Later I came to know that it was due to damaged memorycard.
