Bug Description

I installed the standard ubuntu 12.04 pandaboard kernel image onto the SD card.

ubuntu-12.04-preinstalled-server-armhf+omap4.img.gz

This has then had standard updates applied (taking the kernel to 3.2.0-1415-omap4).
This crashed intermittently. Have attached console output. Am sure I also experienced
a crash before upgrading anything (i.e. with the earlier 3.2.0-1412 kernel).

My lsusb, although it appears to occur independently of what USB device I use. I am currently powering this from a USB hub. It works for a few hours before it crashes. The same happens with a 5V adapter.
