No audio on Toshiba Satellite Pro U300 with Gutsy i386

Bug Description

I found this bug report ( about the Toshiba Satellite Pro U300 with no sound on Gutsy for AMD64. I have the same problem with the i386 version and the steps in this link doesn't work (without lib32ncurses5-dev but I don't need it because I'm not on Gutsy for AMD64).

It seems that howto only works on amd64 platforms...
The solution on i386 platforms is:

sudo apt-get install linux-backports-modules-generic

restart, and everything will work perfect ;)
