Another lock-up. Kernel netconsole attached. "Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 0000000000000058 RIP: [<ffffffff80249a70>] handle_stop_signal+0x10/0x1c0". Ubuntu 2.6.24-19.34-generic still. Any "next step" suggestions to providing more info or accuracy welcome.
