Bug Description
USB peripherals are not recognized by Ubuntu 7.10RC desktop i386 on a Soltek QBIC EQ3401 barebone. There are a lot of messages like "device not accepting address 2, error -110" in log files.
USB works well on a Mandriva 2007 hard disk.
