I have a FILM of the process of booting etc

I am unable to explain it as I am new to UBUNTU and Linux 99%.

But I can upload the movie to my site if you like.

it works 100% fine after I type the "exit"

it boots up every day no problem.

I was looking at Recalcitrante's lspci an noticed that he's got much
different hardware then I. He's is mostly intel stuff while mine is
VIA. I'm thinking my problem may stem from the PCI IDE card that i use
for my S/W raid array....?
