Bug Description
This affects both Dapper Drake (6.06.1) and Edgy Eft (6.10). To reproduce have a box w/ the new Intel Q965 chipset (built in video card) and try to boot the Desktop CD
This chipset is comming out w/ the new Intel Core Duo chips. No error messages recived, in 6.06.1 the last message you see is "Uncomprissing Linux... Ok booting the Kernel" In 6.10, after selecting to boot Kubuntu receive a blank screen where nothing happens. There should be the inclusion of the Intel Q965 driver in the cd. More information about the driver can be found at intellinuxgraph
