Ricoh R5C822 reader only works when booted with card inserted

Bug Description

On a Samsung X69 the built-in card reader (Ricoh Co Ltd R5C822 SD/SDIO/MMC/MS/MSPro Host Adapter (rev 18) will only work if booted with a card inserted, otherwise will not detect cards. Despription and (temporary?) fix as in

Please build into next kernel.

I have a Samsung X60 too (I think you've pressed the wrong key, didn't you?)... since the last kernel update (.33) the error messages (reset...) are gone but if a memory card is inserted while ubuntu is already running it is not mounted automatically.

It's curious: it's just working now... no kernel update since last time.

So everything's fine. Patch is OK
