Bug Description

As mentioned in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=273569 CONFIG_PCI_MSI apparently causes
great pain on some systems and is normally default 'N' unless there is need for it to be enabled by
default it probably should stay at 'N'.
