Bug Description

Hi,

In Breezy, Unicode font support is missing for at least the following langages, for which there are open-source fonts available:
American Aboriginal (LanguageGeek has several: Aboriginal AbRoman, etc)
        Mongolian (not Cyrillic) (Manchu font)
        Irish (Ogham script)
Myanmar (Burmese: Masterpiece Uni Sans, UniBurma)
        N'Ko ( SIL N'Ko Graphite font)
        Tifinagh( Hapax Berbère)
See my Unicode range displayer:
       http://zipcon.net/~swhite/docs/language/international/unicode/
For where to get fonts, see:

The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Hardy Heron. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the actively developed release. You can find out more about the development release at [WWW] http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/

Since you didn't see fit to do anything about this problem, I have taken it on myself.

Good thing somebody cares about free software, eh?

This bug squashing effort is very counterproductive and insulting. Please go home and find something less tragic to do with your life.
