Here's the set of files for my machine (booted without acpi and lapic). I remind that when using "acpi=force lapic", this machine works as it should.

Skimming through dmesg, it seems ACPI is automatically shutdown at boot due to the BIOS being made before year 2000. Also, the local APIC is disabled (dmesg says it's either by default or because the BIOS sets it that way, but I've found nothing related to APIC in the BIOS so far).
