Bug Description
I just dist-upgraded to dapper latest and now get on Kernel 2.6.15 this error
message at the very top of the screen (I'm not using usplash):
PCI: Failed to allocate I/O resource #7:100@10000 for 0000:00:1e.0
The message did not appear on 2.6.12.
This is on a Dell Latitude X1, with the following PCI devices:

I can confirm this on my laptop on this as well. I dont have a fix for it yet.
