Bug Description

The SCSI harddisk to install onto is connected on a Advanced Systems Products
SCSI-Adapter ABP-3925-00,
In the Warty System the kernel-appendix-module abp940-u is loaded and all is ok.

The advansys driver has apparently not been converted to the new driver model so
that hotplug can find it; this should be corrected as soon as possible.
discover1-data lists the following PCI ids:

pci.lst: 10cd1200 scsi advansys ASC1200 [(abp940) Fast
SCSI-II]
pci.lst: 10cd1300 scsi advansys ABP940-U / ABP960-U

add hotplug glue to three SCSI modules

This patch adds MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE glue to the three SCSI modules used in the
installer that were detected by discover1 in Warty and have regressed in Hoary
due to the lack of hotplug support. Please apply.
