II use Ubuntu Breezy (kernel 2.6.12-10) on my Dell Inspiron 600m.
When I use dhclient, my laptop goes to kernel panic (for example keyboard and xserver haven't response ). The output of this problem:
mruiz@seibertron:~$ dhclient eth0
/etc/dhcp3-script: line 139 8772 Segmentation fault ifconfig. $interface 0
After press the power button, appears many code lines that ends with the following line:
[42.9876.890000] <0> Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception in interrupt. |
