Bug Description
There is no need to build the Amazon ENA ethernet driver for snapdragon.
Unset CONFIG_ENA_ETHERNET in {bionic,
And in bionic this allows CONFIG_DIMLIB to be unset (but not for Disco, as other drivers also use DIMLIB there).
