Kernel 4.4.0-151 fails to boot

Bug Description

On startup, choosing Linux image 4.4.0-151 on grub makes system freeze immediately.
Same behaviour with Linux image 4.4.0-150.

No problem with Linux image 4.4.0-141.

This might be the same as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-signed/+bug/1829657 (-145 works, -148 doesn't (-146 boots, but might have other problems))
