Barrot BR8651A01 based bluetooth adapter does not work

Hello, this is one of the bluetooth adapters that pretend to be a Cambridge Silicon Radio 0a12:0001, and appears not to work despite the numerous existing workarounds in the kernel.

The chipset on it is marked Barrot BR8651A01 EHF696 214612. The device is marketed as DeZen DZ-BTUAV5. On the box it is incorrectly listed as using the Barrot BR8041A02.
