Bug Description

Just based on environment it seems that the wifi is crashing and results in other Intel to crash as well. Dell 7390 XPS 13 (dev) has been fine but after changing wifi router I started noticing dropped wifi with firmware crashes in dmesg on 18.04, upgraded to 20.04, updated BIOS, updated all other firmware using firmware update manager and the wifi problem persisted, but now the touchpad has become a noticeable issue as well. One the wifi signal comes back the touchpad works again.
