USB is completely dead since kernel update to 5.3.0-26. Is is not possible to use Ubuntu.

The bug still exists with 5.3.0-59 and also with the newest Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (kernel 5.4). No mouse and keyboard is working. Why is no one reacting to such an massive bug, where a lot of people can't use Ubuntu any more?
