Linux Kernel does not recognize my laptop's built-in touchpad

Bug Description

I followed the steps on this webpage: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingTouchpadDetection, and have attached the relevant file as well. The OS simply doesn't recognize my touchpad.

As I understand, the OS data is attached. But here is some data in case you may need it:
