This is the result on a Disco PowerPC

$ ll /boot/vmlinux-5.0.0-32-generic
-rw------- 1 root root 25981665 Oct 1 03:58 /boot/vmlinux-5.0.0-32-generic

$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 19.04
Release: 19.04
Codename: disco

So I think this is something for the B-hwe kernel (not backported?)
