Bug Description
Today I've got a brand new Lenovo T480 and installed Ubuntu 18.04.02 LTS. When I log out or reboot the system, it crashes every time.
When rebooting, I also get these messages: watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#1 stuck for 23s! [kworker/1:0:19]
