I am tryed everything for enabling bluetooth but it is not working. I request to yuo please do needful action to fixing bluetooth problems.

when i am try to enable Bluetooth through the terminal, its tell that "Operation not permitted
".
And another problem is "unable to get on D-bus due to security policies".
