Troubles with touchpad: it seems that system couldn't detect it

Bug Description

When i logged to my ubuntu, system wasn't able to find my touchpad, syclient -l yields: 'Couldn't find synaptics properties. No synaptics driver loaded?'. Then i tried to find device in /proc/bus/input/devices, but i wasn't there.
