Kernel does not boot, stays at "Loading initial ramdisk..."

Kernel 6.2.0-26 works
Kernel 6.2.0-32 does not boot
Kernel 6.2.0-33 does not boot
Kernel 6.2.0-34 does not boot

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select kernel in grub, boot

Result:
Screen shows "Loading initial ramdisk..." forever, system does not boot.

Envirement:
Lenovo Thinkbook with AMD Ryzen CPU and GPU.
