ACPI Error on boot: Aborting method \_SB.PCI0.LPCB.ECDV._Q66 due to previous error (AE_AML_NOT_OWNER) (20200528/psparse-529)

Occurred on fresh install of 21.04

Computer: Dell Inspiron 5401 P130G

I would like to note that is error spontaneously resolved after reinstalling. maybe something happened during installation, or my ISO was dirty.

I have this issue as well on a Dell XFR booting from a CD made by Cubic. I did find if I used the kernel that came with the disk (5.11.0-27 vs 5.11.0-48) it would boot and allow install.

same issue on Dell XPS 15-i9. using kernel 5.13.0-28-generic.

These three errors appear in dmesg, usually in succession.
