Can't connect to wired ethernet after update to kernel 5.8

Bug Description

After today update from kernel 5.4 to kernel 5.8 i can't connect to wired connection, I have the same bug that has been reported upstream https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=209839

I managed to solve the problem by installing the r8168 driver version 8.048.03 directly from the realtek website.
