Can't boot anymore without noapic

Bug Description
5.19.0-43 was the last kernel that I could boot just fine, without noapic. The ones after that (-45 and -46) won't boot and display nothing at all. They must have a kernel panic related to IO-APIC very early on in the boot because adding panic=10 reboots the system after 10 seconds. I tried adding earlyprintk=
