Bug Description

After updating kernel to linux-image-5.19.0-46-generic (by apt upgrade), ubuntu doesn't discover ethernet.
Things work as expected after choosing older kernel at grub.
----
After (kernel) update ubuntu stopped at terminal (did not show gdm screen). After logging in to terminal, ifconfig didn't show ethernet (did show lo and docker).
