Bug Description

On my laptop, I need to unload/reload the psmouse module after resuming from standby. This is fine for me. (The cause is probably that the EC with its connected internal trackpoint/touchpad is not fast enough)

But sometimes (5%) I get a kernel oops (see attached oops File).

Then the GUI (X-Server) stopps completely, Strg-Alt+Fx does not work as well. But I can use ssh to connect to the machine (this way I got the oops).

I have this problem since "ever" (starting with stock 20.04 without hwe).
