Bug Description

After upgrading the kernel from 5.13.0-48 to 5.15.0-41, my external monitor connected via HDMI wasn't detected. According to xrandr the HDMI-1 output is "disconnected".

If I select the 5.13.0-52 kernel from the boot menu, then the HDMI monitor works fine. Unfortunately, I am not able to test connecting using a different cable type.
