Bug Description

My Thinkpad X13 has 1 USB-C port that is usually used by the battery charger, and 2 USB ports.

Sometime in the past 2-4 weeks, the 2 USB ports have stopped working. Nothing I plug into them causes any change in the output of `usb-devices`.

It isn't a hardware fault because both ports are impacted, and one of them is seldom used.

I am still able to use the USB-C port for data transfer.
