linux restricted modules 2.6.27-11 package missing

Can not upgrade linux-restricted-modules package on Intrepid. linux-image was upgraded, but linux-restricted-modules was not.

linux-restricted-modules-generic:
 Depends: linux-restricted-modules-2.6.27-11-generic but it is not installable

The package seems to be missing from the repo.

I have the same Bug.

linux-restricted-modules-generic depends on linux-restricted-modules-2.6.27-11-generic [UNAVAILABLE]

I have the 2.6.27.11.13 installed and the 2.6.27.11.14 can't be installed.

I have the same issue, I would consider this quite a high issue as it will break a lot of peoples wireless.

I have the same issue. It asked me to update, and now I have no sound at all. Not nice when I use this computer as my primary entertainment center.

I still have no sound at all, after installing the fix. And I know it was because of the latest update because I was listening to some music while updating, and have no sounds, music, anything, since the reboot.

Maybe you should open an other bug report with information about your sound chip, etc, because restricted module 2.6.27-11 is not missing any more.

A reminder that some may have forgotten, but if you still are getting the problem where it cannot find the updated module, you might just need to do a:
sudo apt-get update
to get an updated listing of packages.
