linux-restricted-modules should be a metapackage

Bug Description

I am running ubuntu 8.04.1 i386

The linux-restricted-modules-`uname -r` package should be a meta-package of the smaller sets of modules included to avoid use cases like mine. I have an atheros based wifi card well supported by the version of madwifi in the restricted set, but a new nVidia video card not supported by the version of the nVidia driver in the repos.

Due to the monolithic package depending on nvidia-kernel-common which conflicts with a manually installed nVidia driver, I was forced to do some ugly hacks to my hardy box (packages from debian Lenny as well as Intrepid packs) to get module assistant to install madwifi from sources.

Please split the package into
- madwifi (Atheros)
 - fglrx (ATI)
 - nvidia
 - fcdsl, fcdsl2, fcdslsl, fcdslslusb, fcdslusb, fcdslusb2, fcdslusba,
fcpci, fcusb, fwlanusb, fxusb (AVM ISDN)
 - ltmodem (Winmodem)

all referred to by the linux-restricted-modules-`uname -r` as a metapackage. That way I would be able to install the madwifi-`uname -r` package by itself and avoid the nvidia blocker.
