DKMS not working after kernel upgrade

Bug Description

Every time I update my kernel from one version to another (for example, 2.6.24-19 to 2.6.24-20) I get the following message:

Multiple versions in DKMS. Unsure what to do. Resolve manually.

And when I reboot, the nvidia driver is broken until the envy packages are updated or reinstalled and dkms is run successfully.
