Bug Description

When using compiz with the nvidia driver from lrm, shadows and title bar (if transparent) will become corrupted or simply be missing. This issue is fixed by uninstalled nvidia-glx-new and adding "nv" to /etc/default/linux-restricted-modules-common. Afterwards installing the nvidia binary using the .run from the official site and starting X again will result in a properly functioning nvidia driver.

It appears when lrm installs the nvidia libraries it runs dh_strip on them which causes their checksums to be different from those in the official package. It seems that if nvidia is not doing this, we probably shouldn't be either.

   * Bump the ABI to 16.
