Bug Description

Trying to build "tiff" on a current Breezy fails because tifftg cannot be built.
configure disables OpenGL support (it worked before).

config.log says:
configure:26070: gcc -o conftest -g -O2 -I/usr/X11R6/include -pthread
conftest.c -lglut -lSM -lICE -lXmu -lXi -lGLU -lGL -L/usr/X11R6/lib -lX11 -lm
-ljpeg -lz -lm -lc >&5
/usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.a(glxcmds.o)(.text+0x2a80): In function `glXGetMscRateOML':
: undefined reference to `XF86VidModeQueryVersion'
/usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.a(glxcmds.o)(.text+0x2aab): In function `glXGetMscRateOML':
: undefined reference to `XF86VidModeGetModeLine'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Is that a bug in the new xorg library? This worked fine before.

This is a long-standing bug in the nVidia driver that only they can fix.
