Please align both kernels to have _PHY support. This will unblock for instance openwrt on pi2...
symptom is that iw list returns nothing on pi2, but on bb it works fine.
Also AP mode seems to work fine for me on bb with this dongle, so https:/
maybe worth investigating if we can have both variants, but if in doubt lets try to align with our main kernels for our official pi2 kernel.
