Unnecessary armhf DTB

[Impact]

The armhf kernel package provides an unnecessary/unneeded/unwanted DTB:
/lib/firmware/6.5.0-1005-raspi/device-tree/bcm7445-bcm97445svmb.dtb

[Test Case]

Install kernel package and check presence of DTB file.

[Fix]

Disable config option that results in the DTB generation (armhf only).

[Where Problems Could Occur]

Some modules are now disabled on armhf which could theoretically cause issues but shouldn't since they're for Pi 5 only and Pi 5 doesn't support armhf.

This bug is awaiting verification that the linux-raspi/6.5.0-1008.11 kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-mantic-linux-raspi' to 'verification-done-mantic-linux-raspi'. If the problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-needed-mantic-linux-raspi' to 'verification-failed-mantic-linux-raspi'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

Installed linux-{image,modules}-6.5.0-1008-raspi from mantic-proposed and verified that the DTB is gone:

$ file /lib/firmware/6.5.0-1008-raspi/device-tree/bcm7445-bcm97445svmb.dtb

Previous kernel:

Also verified, that a Pi 4 B still boots with this armhf kernel.
