I reinstalled my Ubuntu-Budgie 21.10 Desktop!!!!!! Not Ubuntu 21.10 Desktop!!!!
All updates are on October 22. 2021.

Executed this order!

$ sudo apt install linux-raspi
$ sudo reboot

Unfortunately, no improvement!
In fkms mode the video playback works.
With kms mode, the system, the video, the mouse pointer in spite of update freezes again and only Power-Off gets the Raspi 4b 8GB running again.
