HW GPU support is non-functional.

Check for /dev/dri/render*.

Add bcm2835-codec.

Low, we're just building a new driver.
[Original Bug Report]
The bcm2835-codec module is not present in 5.4.0-1008-raspi (64bit) and appears to not be enabled in 1009 either. as a result hardware video decoding/encoding via v4l2 is not possible.
