gxfb module causes corrupted screen

Bug Description

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.25-2-386

I have a Viglen MPC-L PC which runs a Geode processor mainboard run Intrepid server edition with the linux-image-386 kernel. Booting is fine up until the point that the gxfb kernel module gets loaded and then my console screen become corrupted and I just see some vertical green lines at the top of the screen. If I add gxfb to the modules blacklist (/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-framebuffer) then everything works ok.
