Bug Description

Some kernel packages do not have a linux-image-extra, like linux-oem. snapd, when running some of its tests, however, tries to install linux-image-extra-$(uname -r).

This makes ADT fail on those kernels:

This is indeed something we are doing in the tests - do you have a suggestion how to detect linux-oem ? Then we can skip this step easily.
