Bug Description

The issue is similar to lp:2046315

The issue is gone after I config i915.enable_psr2_sel_fetch=0 to kernel cmdline.

Tried 6.10-rc4 in https://kernel.ubuntu.com/mainline/v6.10-rc4/. It doesn't help the issue.
