Bug Description

Several HP platforms have a design change that eDP is connected to DP1 instead of DP0.
Because of this amdgpu needs a quirk to know to find eDP on DP1.

https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/139e99d58e373bd11f085766e681d21d34d0b097
https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/1c5fdef30ed120613e769a3bd2a144cfd4c688d6

Without these quirks the brightness can not be adjusted and display will be lost after S0i3.

Already backported to v6.14.4, v6.12.25, and the corresponding generic kernel versions are 6.14.0-17.17. linux/oracular version 6.11.0-26.26 has v6.12.18, and the latest HEAD has v6.12.23 so far.
