Bug Description

In a recent update with linux-nvidia-tegra-igx 5.15.0-1012 out-of-tree modules (OOTM), the GPU driver in the kernel modules was bumped from 540.3.0 to 540.3.1, which caused issues with the public Jetpack release, which uses 540.3.0. This linux-modules respin adds different branches for the OOTM packages, one of which is the "jetson" branch which includes the correct 540.3.0 drivers from Jetpack.

The other branch is "r36.3.1" (for IGX usage with 540.3.1).

This is an early iteration of the branching meant to quickly fix the version mismatch. The names and implementation may be subject to change for future ABIs.
