Bug Description
[Impact]
Adding these patches enables additional functionality and addresses bugs related to the Ubuntu kernel on Grace reference HW
[Fixes]
- 1 patch to increase the NR_CPUS for ARM64 in Ubuntu config
- Two patches are for defconfig
- EFI-RTC fix, working with EFI & RTC maintainers
- Increase the number of IRQ descriptors, started discussion with the maintainer
