Installer ignored that ntfs partition was hibernated, corruption after boot.

I recently attempted to dual-boot Ubuntu 16.04 (from a live USB) and Windows 10. I say "attempted" because Windows 10 did not survive the process of resizing. The Ubuntu is fine.

The specific chain of events, as far as I have reconstructed:

1. I shut down Windows 10, but accidentally hibernated it instead.
2. I resized the ntfs partition in the installer. It merrily did so.
3. Later, I booted up Windows 10 (from hibernation), but the resize made it, understandably, insane. I believe at this point Windows 10 corrupted its own partition.
4. I rebooted Windows 10, and lo, it wouldn't boot, because important files now no longer existed.
5. Attempting to mount the ntfs partition made mount complain that it was hibernated, at which point I realized what had happened.

My apologies if this is the wrong package to complain about (ntfsprogs instead?), but I believe the installer should at least warn about this.
