-------
However, In testing Ubuntustudio 12.04 alpha jan21, When I insert the sd card to the computer I get a kernel panic. But if I use a USB adaptor The sd card mounts normally and can be used with no problems.
Something else I found is that I tried to install from this SD inserted directly in the computer. The computer booted from the sd ok, but when I tried to install after choosing keyboard etc. I got a can't find CD message. dmesg showed only the first line from above at that time, but it did not crash. I was able to remove the sd card from the computer and use the usb converter and continue the install normally.
