happens with:
linux-oem-20.04d/focal-updates 5.14.0.1011.11
does not happen with:
linux-oem-20.04c/focal-updates,now 5.13.0.1022.26

so I assume the problematic patch causing this issue was backported to 20.04d. if so, the fix should also be backported...

current version as of now is 5.14.0.1020.17, was there any activity which could affect this issue?
